Superb location for kitesurfing. You can litterlarly take five steps from the hotel down on the beach and start pumping the kite. The food was great too although expect to eat through the menu in a few days but not to worry, there are many other places to eat a 10min car/taxi ride away. You can watch turtles right from the lunch bar in the hotel and I saw a turtle almost every leg while surfing. This was the best kitesurfing location that I have experienced and I have been to hurghada egypt, Sal island Cap Verde, Martinique island in the caribbean previously. Expect international 3-4 star quality on standard of rooms with a bit outdated flat screen TVs, a kitchenette, freezer fridge, tiled bath, balcony, but waking up with the caribbean ocean view from the balcony and hotel-beach access to a beach that is not destroyed by plastic chairs and umrellas is just so nice. And for those who wants to just relax there are proper sunbeds where they change sheets every day. Watch out for the local coconut guy on the beach - he takes a lot of drugs and can get aggressive sometimes.
