Everyone was great other than the extremely hostile and rude woman named Latrice. My teenage daughter was trying to make herself a waffle the morning of our stay and this Latrice lady comes out of the kitchen while her personal cell phone was to her ear and she was talking on the phone and snapped at my daughter scolding her for not knowing how to use the waffle maker, I did not say anything and let it go then my second daughter went to use the waffle maker and didn’t understand she had to flip it to finish the waffle and rude Latrice while on her cell phone scolded my second daughter super aggressively saying “no no what are you doing?!?” so I asked this lady “what is the issue here?” And she told me my daughter wasn’t using the waffle maker correctly, I let this miserable woman know there is a way to speak to someone while at work and this was not how you treat guests or their children and miss.Latrice starting talking crap to me and my daughter telling us “ well maybe you should teach your kid had to make a waffle then!” I was shocked, at how irritated and mean she was about a simple mistake a child made and explained what happens to the front desk. They apologized about Latrice’s behavior and said they would speak to her, other than miss.Latrice being missable and unnecessarily aggressive towards us cuz she has to work the breakfast line and doesn’t like treat guest as though she is working and is getting paid to help it was a good experience.
