Ok hotel in a very nice environment
We arrived there after a day driving, around 9pm. The personal was efficient and welcoming.
OUr room was spacious, and looking clean, apart from small corners. The bed was clean and comfortable.
We had a bax experience though; the first night and morning, the toilets were not working, and had to have it fixed. We got the key to the neighbour room for the night, but we were not able to seat on these as the wall on which they were fixed was broken and not holding the seat.
Our toilets were fixed the day after and no other problem arose in those.
our first showers were almost cold, and water took an eternity to get warm, but this problem got resolved after 2 days. The shower was leaking from the bottom, on to the bathroom floor.
Our stay at this hotel was allright, but nothing really good. I hope it was just bad luck, and the staff will make the necessary to upgrade and renovate bathrooms and rise cleaning standards. I would recommend this hotel rather than staying in Livorno, city which is pretty charmless. The views from the hotel terasse and especially from the village main square are amazing!
