Overall we loved our stay, the decor is beautiful and everything was so clean. All the staff we encountered were incredibly helpul, the 2 free drinks voucher we got at checkout for booking the junior suite was a nice bonus too. Didn't manage to make use of the lounge but it looked well stocked and clean too. Can't forget to mention the amazing breakfast which even had an omlette station.
There were a couple of down sides though. The air conditioning seemed to be stuck on heat with the temp reading 28 degrees. This meant we had to keep the window open which unfortunately also meant the trains at the station below were very loud, even on the tenth floor.
And on a much more minor note, as far as rooms go, its a stretch to call it a suite, it was not much bigger than most other standard hotel rooms and rather than a separate lounge, there was a sofa in the room positioned in front of the tv, this meant that the tv was then too far to watch comfortably from bed. Just something worth noting, if like me you love coming back after a night out, collapsing into bed and watching tv.
