The rooms where spacious, clean, and it was new or really well maintained!
This should in theory been a fantastic stay, however there are so many things that do not work.
First issue, booked a stay for 5 nights, pre paid, some paperwork took way longer than planed so we were not able to make it to Manila in time, had to change the arrival date 2 days forward, was not expecting a refund. Just that my room was available upon my arrival. Apparently a task impossible to complete. First person i talked to hung up, next person was going to call me back, never did. Switched to email. Back and forth with screenshots of my booking. Before I got told I needed to contact hotels.com before they could help me. Thankfully the support at hotels.com was super helpful and fixed this for us.
Secondly, almost 550 rooms, 3 people working the front desk. So expect to be waiting for 30min or more to complete your check inn.
Third issue, went out at 10:00 the morning, back home at 16:30, housekeeping had still not had time to clean our room. Shower managed to wake us up in our nap close to 17:30.
The drop off / pickup is horrible designed, there will be 10-20 cars lined up for pickups/ drop off.
If you are a chill person that don’t mind waiting unnecessary long for every single thing you do you will probably have a great time.
But for me, when I have to see the 4th elevator open and that elevator as well if packed full and we just hope the next elevator have room for 2 persons…
