Accidentally booked this location at the wrong city. Called immediately - both hotels.com and the hotel itself. Hotels.com told me the hotel manager was out and they would resolve and give me a refund on the morning. The next morning the manager tells me that the hotels.com agent didn’t change the status of my reservation from “live” to “canceled”. Hotels.com agent tells me this is not true, and that the hotel manager is refusing to provide my refund. Both point fingers at each other and I am left with no refund despite calling immediately. Horrible customer service on both parts.
