All in all, it was a good choice quality and pricewise. The hotel looked well-kept, but left an impression of a (somewhat noisy) children family friendly rather than a business hotel. It had a relaxation facility with a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath and a sauna (although they failed to switch on the sauna by request). The room was spacious and clean, with decent modern furnishings, a fridge and air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well, with all the modern amenities and a bathtub. There was no complimentary tea/coffee in the room. The free wi-fi functioned well. The window was locked and impossible to open.
The staff was all in all friendly and helpful. They spoke English well and appeared professional at all times. Once they forgot to provide new face towels but the issue was sorted out on request. The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh produce, a lot of variety and a possibility to order fried eggs. The buffet was refilled till the closing hour, so that there was enough food available for late risers. Due to the early departure on the last day, by request they provided breakfast boxes (with some very simple food).
The location was convenient, with a 5 minutes’ walking distance to the nearest metro station (through the short-cut from the parking at floor -3) and a 10 minutes’ ride to the centre. The neighbourhood was nice, although landing aircrafts flew low above the hotel rooftop. The taxi ride to the airport took some 10 minutes.
