Hotel lost ppwer due to storms and gained back partial power but with no AC. We couldn't stay there since the room was too hot. Hotel staff Jesus, would not refund my stay via Expedia and lied to them saying that power was back on immediately but failed to mention without AC. Also, told Expedia that there were no storm warnings in Nuevo Laredo when the warnings have not stopped since 9pm the night before. I recommend you stay somewhere else.

This property is severe need of upgrades. MANY repairs needed in bathroom, paint ceiling mold etc. The staff was ok. The transport van driver was FANTASTIC! I do not intend on suggesting this hotel. The location and transfer to the American Consulate was great.

Not good for price
No rooms available when I arrived. Even though I had a paid in full reservation. We had to wait to get our room key. The room had no shower curtain. It was uncomfortable taking a shower and trying not to get water out side the shower area was impossible, there’s was water all over the floor. The toilet paper holder came off the wall… this room needs a make over! I told the young lady at the front desk but she just stared at me puzzled.
