Great Spot for Hospital Guests & Outpatients
Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful and communicative - so hugely appreciated when you're visiting while a close loved one is in surgery at the adjoining hospital. Junior suite room was spacious with an equally giant bathroom. All very clean, cozy, even quiet which I wouldn't have expected in central Seattle. Thanks for a great experience!

Like staying in a nurses' lounge
The description and photos of this property are misleading. It is really an annex to the medical center (pre-op offices and exits to hospital floors , public spaces often occupied by medical teams having patient conferences or on break). Great for family of patients having procedures, but not a good area for tourists. Be prepared to venture outside to find a drink or food or even relax with a coffee outside your room. Facility has not been refreshed or upgraded and feels like a visit to the 1950's. Not what we expected for the prices charged.

Definitely an older property, but not a terrible hotel. I don't think I would stay here again as it's not really conveniently located to anything and it's at the top of a bunch of steep hills.

The hotel is in a good quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The exterior is beautiful in its heritage and you can see character in the lobby. After that things go downhill. There’s no restaurant or café. There’s one elevator suitable for 2 people and luggage. The room, although very spacious, was quite dated and didn’t have air conditioning. The bathroom was extremely dated and felt like a converted hospital bathroom from the 70s. Sort a Nurse Ratchet feel. We could also hear the people in the room next door clearly (at 3am). It has potential but needs a serious remodel. The staff were helpful and friendly:)
