Water issues, and unpleasant maintenance staff
We had a unique experience, we were placed in three separate rooms after checking in on our first night of our 2 night stay, due to water issues happening in multiple rooms. Upon Check in, since it was after hours for the regular office staff, a maintenance/security person checked us in, and actually treated us very poorly and made rude comments when we had asked questions, once he showed us to our first room, he had almost scarily flipped script on his personality and seemed happy to ensure we were able to scan our key and make it into the villa, but as soon as we found that our water was not working in our room, unable to flush toilet, use sink, etc he was unreachable, refused to respond to phone calls from myself and my husband, and we ultimately had to contact the restaurant on the property to get assistance with the water situation we were dealing with. The maintenance staff never returned our calls and we thought the way it was mishandled was quite rude.
