**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do NOT Book Here!**
I booked a non-refundable package at this hotel, and unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID right before my stay. Despite my situation, the hotel refused to offer any assistance or allow me to reschedule, and instead insisted I still come to the hotel. They didn’t care about my health or the safety of other guests—they just wanted get my money.
I reached out multiple times, but nobody ever called me back, and no one offered a solution. It was completely heartless. I was responsible enough to stay home to avoid infecting others, but the hotel couldn’t have cared less they wanted me to with my Covid to there hotel didn’t care from the other guest just not to get me money back . In the end, they took my money without me even stepping foot on the property.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They showed zero empathy and made it clear that their priority is money, not guest safety or well-being. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.
