One word, HORRIBLE. The sole positive aspect was with Julietta, who let us check in early. Regrettably, the rest of our stay was inexcusable. Upon arrival, it was difficult in locating the entrance due to the lack of a traditional front office. We then discovered that the check-in area was a covered pop-up tent situated inside the gate, but it was unattended upon our arrival. Moreover, the room presented numerous issues. The air conditioning unit had a paper towel lodged in the back, obstructing a hole, while the microwave exhibited significant rust and flaking inside. The dust was excessive, particularly at the top of the front door. Additionally, the keypad on the door didn’t work, requiring us to use a key stored in a lockbox outside the door, which they requested to leave the key in the box whenever we departed. They failed to inform us that the entire building lacked hot water. We should have been afforded the opportunity to cancel our reservation, but instead, we had to boil water using the provided pots in order to maintain personal hygiene. Upon arrival, we found an insufficient supply of towels and no paper towels, and when we sought out the housekeeper, we discovered her sitting idle, scrolling through her phone in another unit. Don’t use the soap in the shower, as it had a suspicious white substance, and the glass shower door off and difficult to close. We would caution against patronizing this establishment unless one is accustomed to subpar living conditions.
