Disappointed. We stayed there a week. When we arrived, the phone in the room didn't work, nor the TV, and the TV was not repaired the week we stayed! Internet in the room was poor, very poor, we were thrown out very often – and we had a discussion about paying for it, even though in the reservation it was said to be free. Dinner in restaurant ok, but waiting 30 minutes for dessert, and then another 20 minutes for the bill…. I expect better. The hotel seemed to be overbooked/understaffed. Further, a star was present a few days of our stay, and with him, his body guards in our floor, just outside the elevators. Again, no information that we would meet up-to 4 big guys just outside the elevator… Didn't expect to be told who visited the hotel, but expected to receive information about the fact that we would be met by up-to 4 body-guards whenever walking to or from the elevator. Further, re-fill in the bath-room was poor, not one day all stuff was refilled (towels, toiletpaper, shampoo etc etc). Was asked to pay for breakfast even though we did not have breakfast in the hotel.
Don't know if I remembered all. The building in itself, the address etc very good - but the service, which is a big part of what I am looking for in a hotel, well, I expect more, a lot more. The staff did not gave you the "good feeling"
