Was not informed at all about anything including $200 installment charge, $61 per night for parking and then had to find that out when I was checking out. Also I asked the front desk when I was checking in, if I had to pay for parking and she literally told me "Just bring the ticket and we will take care of that" which normally means that they will pay for that, and neither did I ever had to pay for parking in hotel in my life especially when it is $500 for two night stay. Also the key card to room just stopped working in the middle of the night, and I got locked out. When I went all the down to first floor to have it fixed, they didnt care at all. No sorry no nothing, just gave me new keycard and sent me away. So rude. And also they dont seem to inform the housekeeping about late checkouts because even though I had 1pm checkout, they were banging very loud on my door at 10am like they wanted to kick me out. After everything, i asked them if I can get the invoice of parking, so I can see exactly how much I have to pay for parking, they just slide me the paper without saying a word and gave me the annoyed look and said something in French between each other. What a professional and hospitable people! Never gonna come back here, ever!
