Rude management, cockroaches, no reception!
When we arrived to the reception, the woman there was unfriendly and told us to contact the phone number to reach the manager as she had nothing to do with the room we booked. They didn’t have any wifi in reception and we used fortune on the roaming as they were transferring me to different people. Finally when I reached them, they told the earliest check in is at 4 pm and there was no place to store the luggage and no parking available. When we arrived again at 5 pm woman in reception gave us the code to pick up the key in the locker and gave us the paper with internet name and password saying she has nothing more to do with us and we need to contact the number if we have questions. There was never available parking spot. We booked the room with the seaview but there was no seaview at all, the room was badly cleaned and in poor conditions. There was a sign to throw trash and wash all dishes before checking out. The wifi name and password on the paper was wrong. We called again to the number using our roaming. They couldn’t help us right away, called back later and asked to note another wifi credentials. We told to the woman that we booked a seaview room, she started to scream saying that if we don’t like the room we must check out and get another place. We were literally shocked the way she was screaming! We didn’t have any choice as we were extremely exhausted and it was late. In addition there were cockroaches. It was the worst 3 days and terrible experience.
