Worst hotel breakfast I've had in my life. Their website states vegan options to be available, but in reality they are not. All they had was dry bread, nothing to butter it with, slices of cucumber, pieces of fruit and baked beans - we were eating like 5 year olds, not adults. We were offered milk-based oats and yogurt multipe times. On the last day they found us vegan cheese and unseasoned french fries. Buffet allergens were not labeled, and the staff doesn't know about the ingredients. We took contact about the issue, and after getting bounced back and forth with several people, nothing got changed despite them promising it several times. In the end we got one voucher to go eat at another place, a slim compensation.
The first room they gave us smelled like a sewer, was in the street level and someone stopped to make a graffiti outside our window. You could also hear all the noise from the bar, like the party was in the room with us. After contacting the reception, we got upgraded to a better room, but which had a public balcony?! While laying in bed, other guests were coming to take selfies right outside the window. Absolutely no privacy, horrible.
They also had loud construction work happening, with drilling and sawing noises. On top of everything, one night the fire alarm went off three times due to a system error.
With this much competition in the city, I am surprised about the complete lack of service and the straight-on faulty information about their services.
