Renovated hotel with an onsen open for a couple of hours per day (3hrs per men/women). The room was the smallest from all of the similar type I have stayed in Japan, without any wardrobe, but clean and tidy.

A bit noisy at night and light getting into the room. A superb location but staff seemed desinterested. Although one of the was very helpful. They lock access to the property at night to avoid crime, they say, so you better not be late.

Excellent Modern & Convenient Business Hotel
This is an excellent business hotel in the heart of Sakae, Nagoya. It's an easy 4-5 min. walk from Sakae subway station and slightly longer from the Airport Bus stop in Sakae. The condition of the hotel is excellent--it's new and modern. The staff speak English and were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was awesome and worth the price. The convenient location and quality of this hotel is why I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya!

Incredible value for a relatively new hotel. Great bathroom with an excellent shower. I did find hair that wasn’t mine on the shower wall. The room was big enough for one person. Two would be cramped. There were a few concerns. The hallway smelled strongly of smoke and laundry detergent. The smoking room is on the 9th floor by the public bath. My room was across from both. Loud and smelly in the hallway. Be warned, only one small pillow is included. They tried to charge me 200¥ to rent a second pillow but I didn’t have change. Eventually they gave me a second pillow. The desk agent during checkout spoke English and seemed kind. I’m not complaining because it was priced low, but if competitive to other hotels, stay closer to the train station. And plan to eat elsewhere.

整體不錯，其實入住這類酒店，也不期望有服務。但check in時，員工給我房間自行check in, 本也不是問題，問題是check in 的機器不停發出未能check in 的日文，他們也不出來處理一下。到最後要等待直至其中一部機器可正常check in。我覺得協助客人正常check in 是最基本服務吧

前からタバコの臭いががしない階でエレベーターから離れた部屋とお願いしたのに9階の喫煙所のある階なので断ったら、311の部屋エレベーターの横Wi-Fiが繋がらない部屋にされた。Wi-Fi繋がらないなんて前からわかってるはず、意地悪されたのかな？

最上階に大浴場があり それもあってか 客室風呂としてはシャワーのみだが その分、部屋は広く感じさせている 利用はセミダブル部屋だが恐らく他のシングルも間取りは一緒 素泊まりなら4千円前後で泊まれ 周辺の観光地や歓楽街アクセスも徒歩５分圏内と便利なので ビジネスだけでなく旅行には向いている

便利でした。
モーニングブッフェは毎日同じものの提供のみでした。品数は多くはないので、少し違いがあると嬉しいかも…。 大浴場が男女入れ替え制であるので、時間に余裕を持っていかないといけないので、少し不都合を感じつつあるけれど、シャワーだけより湯船に入れるのは良かった。 さほど混み合う事なく利用出来て良かった。
