Subject: Feedback Regarding My Stay

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my experience. When I booked online, I expected a pleasant stay, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
Upon arrival, I found the carpet in the room dirty, and the air conditioning was not working. I requested a room change, and I was moved to a room with a single bed, even though I had booked a king-size bed. Additionally, the blanket had blood stains, the bathroom faucet was loose, and the grab bar for disabled guests was poorly installed, posing a safety risk. On top of that, the phone in the room was not working, making it impossible to contact the reception directly.
When I raised these issues with the front desk, I was told that nothing could be done since I booked through a third party (Expedia). The only solution offered was a free breakfast, which did not resolve the problems I encountered. To make matters worse, when I went for breakfast, a staff member handed me a bill, even though the reception had already confirmed the breakfast would be complimentary.
I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with this experience, and I believe that a reputable hotel should ensure basic levels of comfort, cleanliness, and customer service, regardless of how the booking was made.
I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and take steps to improve the services provided.
