We all enjoyed this hotel. We traveled mid-December, and the lobby and seating areas were beautifully decorated. The receptionist Hendrik was great; very service-minded, friendly and, upon inquiry, also recommended to us a fabulous restaurant nearby (Alssos) that we all loved. Cleanliness was generally good; there were some dust strands/cobwebs behind the radiators, but all the surfaces, bedding and the bathroom were well cleaned. Our room (two persons) was also huge. Only downside was the beds; they were quite hard. Also, just as an FYI, the coffee and tea are only free on weekend mornings. The machine is available 24/7, but drinks cost €1.50. Not a big issue, but good to know.
We did not purchase the add-on breakfast buffet, so I can't comment on that.
We all agreed that Ghotel is worth returning to.
