The initial conversation from when my family and I sought travel from the airport to when we arrived at the property was extremely subpar.
There was no transportation nor was a vehicle called for us to arrive. No viable information was given, instead I was told that we could speak to the Concierge?
My family and I eventually purchased train tickets as uber was unavailable from the airport and there were no available taxis in the vicinity, we then walked the remaining distance with 10 pieces of luggage.
As well, we booked a suit which was to include four beds, I had two daughters my son and wife with me and there were only 2 beds.
In totality there really was no major attempt to rectify any of the oversights and inconveniences, there were merely apologies.
For a property with so much potential, I'd have to say it was an overall letdown. A saving grace would have been the gym and spa area, even then the steamroom never fully worked for my son and I and there was no availability for massage therapy.
