unpleasant stay
The major issue was insulation between first and second floor and plus the guest on my second floor make heavy steps and talk loud noises until 2 am, immediately I text the remote helpdesk, they did notified the guest, and said will escalate later, and next morning receive a call said if i want switch a different room, need paid for cleaning fee, and the second night was the same thing.
another issue was I went to make the reservation in thought as usual that it is, but unfortunately I spent a lot more times with the property, I have to sign completed rental agreement, post driver license, a phot of me a, they charged the stay immediately, and later on they need charge credit card deposit and checked two days they refund back, and the outside gate was never working, i told my daughter lived closed by, she said she never see the gate was closed.
