I am so sorry to report this hotel was the worst hotel i have ever booked. Beginning with the smell in the lobby, to the rooms old beds, old pillows and the bathrooms were discussing, very old fixtures, rottening showerhead, dirty aling the chalking areas. Then the toilet seat was so gross, very old and falling apart. The office chair was falling apart and unsafe. The first room we were given the door would not shut, you could just push it open. Then when we returned at night lots of lights in parking lot, but none were on it was so dark. Then this morning at checkout the elevator was not working. Wyndham should be embarrassed to be associated with this hotel, they need to update this hotel. I have stayed at many other Wyndham properties which were very nice. I wasn't expecting a perfect hotel. But at the least the basics, clean hotel, good beds and pillows and acceptable fixtures in the bathrooms. Not to much to ask for your guest??
This being said the lady attending the front desk did all she could to make thing the best she could. That goodness for her patiences with the circumstance.
