The staff of this hotel are efficient and friendlly. Printing out a boarding pass, calling a taxi, just generally very welcoming.
I chose an attic room which was charming! An alcove view from high up and centuries-old roof beams held together with wooden pegs.
Breakfast was tasty and filling, the coffee nice and stout.
The only drawback was street noise, but then my room faced the street, and I chose to be in "Old Town."
