Honestly I was a bit disappointed with my experience at Vienna House Berlin. First of all when checking in we received a handicap accessible room, which we did not want or book. This room had a low seating toilet and shower curtains, which we are not a fan of. We could not close the bathroom door the first day as this was out of order (fixed on day 2).
The connecting room was not locked and left us feeling very uncomfortable as the room next to us had guests and there is no way for us to know if they went in to our room or not prior to us checking in.
Housekeeping did not provide an extra toilet paper roll when cleaning the room, even though it was just a few wipes left, they even folded the paper, so they knew exactly how little was left. We tried to call housekeeping for several minutes without a reply, tried the reception as well without a reply there either.. We had to go down to the reception and ask for toilet paper and we did not even get an apology or anything when we mentioned the above..
All in all, not a great experience and we will be hesitant to book another stay at this hotel.
