We struggled with the self check-in, and ended up having to call them for help. Booking this place trough hotels.com is not recommended, all personal info except your name must be registered during check-in, which makes the process even worse.
We were five adults. And had three towels to share. For two nights stay! When we talked to customer service, they promised house keeping would deliver the next day. We saw no house keepers..
The coffe machine was dirty. Old water in it and at least six used capsules in it. Obviously not cleaned.
The bathroom floor was not washed, we found debris from previous guests on it.
And there was only two drinking glasses, and forks and knives for four people. Again, we were five adults.
And we were traveling with family. They were two adults and three children. They had booked a superior cabin, and received a regular one! With one bed on the open loft and a sleeping sofa. Sleeping arrangements for four people! One of the children ended up sleeping on the cushions from the sofa, and had no bed linen. They would not deliver this the day we arrived. They did however promise that they would get a bigger cabin the next day. They did not.. and they were promised towels and linens when they couldn’t get the bigger cabin. Noone showed up with this.. so they too were five people with three towels, and four beds!
We are so sad that this place ended up being this terrible, because it has great potential. But the customer service is the worse ever!
