If you offer accommodations around Lake Garda in summertime, one should expects that there is an AC.
I am not sure if I actually should say anything more, but ok - the breakfast is fine, even though a course in "how to cook" bacon should be given the chef. But they offer free Prosecco, so you want notice the rest of the hotel. The rooms have paper thin walls, the doors are not even close to being closed even when they are the lights from the hall are coming in through all kind of cracks - but hey, at least it keeps the air "fresh" at night. If it starts burning in this hotel - well at least it will be quick :(
