We travelled for three weeks in Central Europe and this was definitive the worst place we stayed in. Upon arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly and unwilling to help us. He rolled his eyes and groaned when we asked him questions. He did not speak a single word English and insisted we'd sign our names multiple times on the receipt (weird!) Also, he gave us the wrong check-out time. The room was dirty - terribly dirty - and was likely not cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was microscopic and infested with ants and assorted bugs. The staff was otherwise rude and unhelpful. The hotel is far away from the beach compared to other hotels in Rimini and I would highly recommend to consider other options before you suffer the unfortunate fate of staying at Hotel Apis.
