The hotel seems a bit old and small from the outside and in the entrance, there's some stairs which makes it slightly annoying to enter with for example a large suitcase. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English fluently, though some members of the restaurant could have improved theirs.
I booked a room with a king size bed and the room was clean, large. There was 2 telephones for some reason, 1 integrated in the bathroom (don't ask me why they'd do that). The room had a bath tub, a large television, large wardrobe, great windows, minibar, closet, shoe self etc. I would have liked if they'd included some complimentary water bottle or something though in addition to the tea as I tend to not trust the tap water in foreign countries. I ended up boiling it and then letting it cool down.
The food from the restaurant was great, a bit small portions but not really an issue for me but it could be for some people and the delivery was fast. Only thing negative is that almost all the dishes had pickles and I can't stand pickles so it would be nice with more pickle-free alternatives.
The bathroom was generally great but the inside of the toilet bowl could have been cleaner even though it wasn't too much off. The warm water could have been a lot warmer as I had to turn it to full to get a decent not-too-warm temperature. The shower head was also not the best.
The room could in general also have had more heating as it was a bit too cold for me at some points.
