Many issues. No response from the Inn
This is feedback I sent to the inn management. They did not respond.
Wow, what a bummer. Yes, I could turn off the whole hvac unit, but it meant no heat whatsoever so the room got really cold. And while your comforter is nice, it holds in too much body heat. So I either was too hot or too cold and barely slept. Getting into the bed was really difficult as it's so high. I have a bad knee and I had my hip replaced 5 weeks ago so it was a real challenge getting into and out of the bed. Your floor color hides the fact that the floor has not been cleaned in some time. I did not bring slippers and I was constantly wiping dirt off my feet. Your internet is essentially nonexistent. Last nite I could access a couple of articles but 90% of the time things just timed out. My iPad essentially was a brick. I ran a speed test last nite, it barely read 1 MB. At 3AM, it read 15M and this morning I couldn't even get enough bandwidth to get a reading. And since Verizon only has LTE in Guerneville, it means I can only make phone calls and send texts but not access data. All very disappointing.
