Unbelievably bad service and bad attitude from almost all the reception and restaurant staff during our entire 2 day stay. No friendly smile, Hello or Welcome from anybody, not once. When we notified the reception upon arrival that internet did not work in the room, they told us to wait until next day at 10 am. No apologies, nothing to make it up to us! Nobody cleaned our room after noontime on a Monday, despite the hanging door note to clean our room. The pool area looks 10 times better in the picture than in reality, we chose not to use it. We had dinners included as well but after first night of bad service, we decided not to go back second night. Parking was also a problem - we counted on free parking available as per our reservation but the receptionist said they had nothing available for 2 weeks! The standard of the room (we booked a Luxury room) was pretty poor, the curtains were ripped and sowed in the middle of the window and nothing said Luxury but was quite standard.
We did NOT feel welcome and this is not a place we would recommend to anybody!
