Being a 4 star hotel and with the impression you get from the internet when you book, it is nowhere near what you can expect. The hotel itself is quite dilapidated, the lift is out of order every two hours and the room was not clean when we arrived. Things that were broken were only half done to fix. Hole in the ceiling, lots of dust etc.
The outdoor area is great, and the staff were very nice. We also had all inclusive which we were very disappointed with due to the selection. You had the same thing every single day, no change.. Could also have had more choice of drinks without alcohol. Other things that were good were the entertainment at the hotel. But all in all this is a hotel that was not worth the money, and that we never would chosen again… We changed hotels after a week, to a hotel that was 3 stars, but 10 times better. So Kaliakre, or Vemara beach (??) Hotel, after the change of name, has a lot to do before they can have the 4 stars..
