Very service minded staff, but the fly problem in my room is still not solved, one week after I came. I have a number of flies in my room that is rather disgusting, and 3 requests have not solved anything. Asked for a battery zapper so I can solve it myself without prevail.
The breakfast "buffet" is rather disapointing. It is not a buffet, but rather a basket with two slides of ham, two slices of cheese, some white loaf rolls and bunds, jams and some fruit. Eggs are provided on request, heavily salted, and the orange juice is mainly ice cube slush.
They charged 16Euro the first day, and I had the same for 10Euro across the street.
They have a whole restaurant, but it is prepared for dinner guests, and they only give you the poorest seats for breakfast. I feel I am a nusance, having to ask for proper bread/rolles, extra cheese etc
