Had some serious issues with the reception staff. They don't even have the slightest idea about what customer service should be like. They did not find our reservation in their system, they managed to charge us more than what we were supposed to and was arguing with us when we pointed it out to them. We were also given wrong information about the price for early check-in and whether or not breakfast was included in the early check-in. Eventually they sorted out everything (after many discussions and calls to the manager) and they charged us what they were supposed to and had given us information about, but they were constantly arguing about it. In two days we had to talk to the reception 4 or five times to get everything sorted out. On the other side, rooms were OK, very fancy furniture and clean, but it was difficult to adjust heating and the nozzles in the bathtub were not working properly. We were also only given one set of towels for a double room, even after we asked for a second set. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Definitely not recommended.
