This was such a convenient place to spend one night after a cruise, before flying back to Canada. We had time to explore a little during our one day in the UK and transportation was easy from this hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

8/10 Very good

Overall it was very good. The location is great outside of the exceptionally long walk from the Underground. The restaurant was good as was the front desk staff. It’s a great location to stay at if you’re flying out the next day. I would definitely stay there again.

A very good hotel room with a really comfortable bed. Excellent value for money.

6/10 Good

The price of the room was excellent and the location via walkway to Heathrow 4 was convenient. I would book again just because of this. The standard room though is very basic and worn. No fridge, luggage rack or safe. Bathroom was renovated though and quiet. Next time I would get the superior room.

We have stayed here twice, the night before our transatlantic flight. Check in was quick and friendly and our room was very clean and spacious. We especially liked the 12:00 check out time, which made for a relaxed and un-rushed morning before our flight.
