A nice and good hotel that turns into a nightmare due to three employees in the front desk.
I got a food poison and asked for some light food in the morning. Two pancakes with coffee. I had free breakfast, but if i don't eat in the restaurant, i had to pay. And two pancakes, I was not able to order. Then it had to be a full breakfast from menu. A friend wanted to bring pancake, but was stopped. Where did i got the food poison? Well, the past days i only eat at the hotel.
Then another surprise... I order coffee up to the room. I was denied any more credits on my room. when i asked the frontdesk, they did not know how much i had sign on room. I had to wait for them to add together, but as they said: we can see on the numbers of receipts that it's too much.
The amount was 5.500 peso about, or about 125 usd!
I inform the supervisor, Who bring my complain to the manager. What happen? Nothing!
The three was still working as a team when i sign out.
Not a big issue? Well, but if you feel not welcome? I was comforted by several other employees that i was not the only one to have this kind of treatment from the three in the frontdesk.
