Checked in by most unprofessional/unfriendly desk clerk. Listening to bowling “how to” on speaker. Sent us to room, the room was unmade with uneaten takeout. Went to get another room, didn’t apologize, didn’t say anything, just handed us a different room key. Got into room, no tv remote. He gave us another room key and told us to go take the remote from that room. 😳. The bed was perfect, the hotel was quiet. All in all worth the price. Service just needs improving.
