This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! This (brand new) hotel and spa is simply gorgeous, and is in the perfect area to explore Lisbon (Chiado). The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and huge, the beds perfect, one of our rooms had a large and cozy alcove sofa that overlooked a picturesque theater; the spa and masseuse and pool were perfect (and also beautiful!). The hotel restaurant serves an incredible breakfast (included) - omelettes, pancakes, and more - and the best coffee. AND the rooftop bar was wonderful - great drinks and snacks, and the upper level has a 360 view of the city and castle! (Also: The taco/taqueria place across the street also had the best tacos!) The hotel staff was also helpful - from the moment we arrived to when we left I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Also - walkable to everywhere - I highly recommend walking up to Principe Real - what a beautiful neighborhood, alongside exploring the old city. It may be a little more $ but worth every dollar - especially starting your day out with the included breakfast!
