Great location, interior has its own character, shower has good hot water flow even in January, towel rack is heated and very handy, WIFI is also fine. One room is facing the street so you can hear noises early in the morning, another room is on the court side so it's OK. Also you may want to draw the curtains even when it's daytime. There is no storage facility if you need to leave your bags somewhere after check-out, but it's easy to find a storage place nearby, I found one literally just couple of doors.away. A bread knife would also be great for someone like me who went out to get a fresh baguette every day.
That said, this is still a great place to stay, communications with the property is good and they always attended to my queries promptly.
