Too busy outdated low service resort
This was our third visit (staying in hotel / apartments / cabins) at Holiday Club Saimaa and also our last visit. We have had also many day trips (using SPA). The hotel / resort needs upgrading and new management. In our rooms some lights were not working and you could resister the same in many places. No light in ironing room etc. The housekeeping service was rubbish and the room was not so clean. The housekeeping did not take out empty bottles, dirty coffee cups, did not change bed clothes etc. The breakfast is good, but too many persons at same time, you must wait for breakfast table or last morning we must do the cleaning work by ourselves (not enough personnel). The spa was also packed, too many persons in side at the same.
As written earlier; our last stay here. We do not recommend this place for anybody / not value for your spendings.
