The room wasn't cleaned on beforehand. There was sand all over the floor, we even had to clean it ourselves, the cleaner didn't seem to care.
If we left the hotel, we had to give them back the keycard, for safety reasons, and when the electricity doesn't work without it, it means that the aircondition couldn't stay on when we left. We ended up using a normal card, but the cleaner removed it everytime she cleaned the room.
The shower knob was loose, so it fell off all the time. Teared up towels, the drain didnt work properly, the water poured over into the bedroom. Poor breakfast. the selection of food was horrendous. There was even mold on the bread one time.
The pool wasn't deep, dreadful bar, only served long drinks and a few bottles. The sunbed was uncomfortable to lay on for longer periods. The balcony for the rooms were useless if you wanted to tan.
No form for aircondition for the hotel.
The day we were checking out, they called us 12:47 PM, and said that the checkout time was 12:00 PM and that if we stayed for 1 hour longer we had to pay 10 euros. This was the first time they had told us about the checkout time and that we had to pay for it. We had been in the room for several hours by then, but they decided to call us 12:47 PM. The hotel threatened us to call the police when we discussed their method for informing guests about extra prices. Their reasoning behind it was that every hotel in Rhodes does the same.
