This hotel had a kind and good customer service, as most Filipino are. But the condition of the room was so bad. They moved us from our original hotel room, because the A/C was broken before we even saw our room. So we said, sure. Why not. We just arrived here anyways. They said the new room was bigger and across the road. The room looked fine at first, but issues happened. Hot water didn't work half the time, toilet would stop working 3 of 4 days there, bed mattress was HARD as a rock and aircon decided to stop working on the last 2 days. the location wise is only 2-3 mins walk to the town centre, which is nice, and most of the tricycle drivers know the name, but I feel like there's better choices for the money in the area.
The breakfast was good though. Lots of options and the food was fine. Had fresh omelets on demand, fresh fruit, garlic rice, and a bunch of typical Filipino meats. It changed daily. Early around 7am, you can get pancakes too. They run out fast.
