I was here for my second time. It was the most reasonable hotel in the area I wanted to stay, and I had good experience from last time. The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku station west gate.
The staff recognized me from one year ago, and was, this time, as then, very nice and helpful.
I ordered a single room, which was at the top of the hotel, with view to an office building on the other side of the street.
The room is very tiny. There were no cabinet for keeping your clothes, only two hangers on the wall. So you have to be smart to put your stuff away. My solution was to put clean clothes upon my suitcase, and little by little dirty inside. The table in front of the window had just a little space for storing some goods, but I manage to stay there 12 days without any difficulties.
Breakfast is not inlcluded, but there is a café/restaurant connected to the hotel. If you want to have a cheap breakfast, you can buy food and coffee in Lawson-shop next to the hotel, or at the oposite site of the street. The room has good wifi connection, and I had space enough on the table to work with my pc.
Staff is always nice and helpsome. The room is very clean, and the bathroom with a small tube good enough. If you will use the hotel for sleeping, it is more than good enough - at least for me.
