Started with 2 days late arrivel of luggage due to late flight and short transfer, obvioulsly not hotel fault.
We were 6 persons, 5 got foodpoisen from hotel restaurant first week, needles to say we stoped eating there. Much better food in naigbourhood anyways.
After 2 weeks, manager called me to tell me our teenager kids had climbed into another naigbours balcony and stolen their gopro camera. Reason for this was they had on their surveliance camera seen our kids going in and out of our naigbours room. when i looked closer on it, turns out they had counted doors wrong, our kids went in ond out of their own room !!! And manager did not even say sorry.
So, back to start, after our luggage was late, we needed to go shopping for all of us. recipt was neetly stacked on table in our room, wich we needed for incuranse. Week 3 we stayed there, room service manage to throw them all away. Dont know why they would even touch piles of papers on a desk?
Add to this, aircon was hardly working in 1 of the rooms, we asked to change and got a better aircon, but broken bed. We got told we had the 3 best rooms since we already paied for 3 rooms for 1 month. Looked at another couple of avalible rooms, but desided to use the ones we had.
Happy hour in restaurant : 2 for 1 mohito, this also a scam, sine during happy hour, they use 4 cl of alcohol but split this into 2 glases insted of 1 normal. And the soda to fill up, they dont use at all during happy hr.
