Luxury spa?
Had big expectasions for this hotel based on both «luxury» display and good reviews.
Applied for a specific Junior Suite three months prior to our stay. By arrival the staff said that we were given an even better Suite, but got something worse. Were also told that we were able too see the canal from our window, but the only thing in eyesight was the yellow wall of the neighbour building.
We were also told that the Wellness Spa was open all day, but when we got there almost everything was under maintance, and the opening hours was only two hours in the middle of the day. The rest of our stay it was closed. So it was almost impossible to use the Spa department. The staff were aslo telling us different information each day, during opening times/maintenances.
Our room had lack of water pressure so you needed to flush the toilet about 2-3 times. Also missing basic things like a shoe iron, corkscrew etc. The airconditioning also needed some service due to loud noises who wakes you up at night. Overall it felt kind of cheap prior to the big amount of money we spent on a Junior Suite.
Although the breakfast were magnificent.
Spend your money somwhere else. This was unfortunately not worth it.
