The first impression of the hotel was the staff seemed very busy, got a super quick tour. The second impression was nice but the room very tight. As we took a few steps further into the room, we quickly discovered dirt on the floor that looked like poop that had left its mark in the parquet, as well as dust in the corners and various stains on the benches etc. We contacted the reception and said they should Contact the cleaners for a do-over. When we returned it was a little better, but one could still see traces of all the marks. We settled for that. On day three, we were not back in the room until 7 pm and our room was still not cleaned, we did not have clean towels or toilet paper. We contacted the front desk and expressed our frustration, hence a cleaner and tidied up. For every thing we needed help with small things like using safe etc, it took over 1 hour before someone came to help us. It is not what you want to spend your time on when you are on holiday. Only once did we get an excuse for everything we had to go through. The majority of the front desk staff were cold and not complaining. Another challenge was that almost none of the staff spoke English. Thus, it was many times impossible to communicate what one would for example have to drink to various question you might have. There was simply very little help getting. The food was nothing to brag about, the network was the worst I've ever had. Impossible to sleep in the evening because of lots of noise outdoors.
