Unpersonal, but great location.
Chose this hotel because of location. Not to hard to find. Only a few blocks from Zocalo. 4-5 min walk. It's not to big so dont expect the taxi driver to know the name or location of the hotel. Bring a print of the surrounding area/map. No english speaking staff during my stay, but owner spoke and explained well in english over the phone.Card-terminal was broken on arrival so i had to be escorted to an ATM and pay in cash. Hotel is in supposedly safe area. Walked around at all times and did not feel unsafe. Police station is only a 100m away. Price is cheap considering the location, but the standard room feels more like a cell than a room. Small window in the corner and no furniture besides the bed. Not even a picture on the wall. Bathroom was 'ok' but mirror was placed way to low :) .Flat-screen TV had lots of stations but no english channels as I could find. Would probably choose it again for short accomodation where location is priority number 1. Would not stay for several nights if recreation. Street outside has a bit of traffic and the sounds of the night might be annoying to some.
