Highly disappointing
When we arrived, we found out that the listing that we reserved was not even a room that was offered at this hotel. We were expecting a room that slept 8 and got a room that slept 4. I went to change the room to what we expected and they gave us a room that barely slept 6. They were listed as queen beds but were clearly full size beds. When we pulled out the couch bed, the sheets had not been changed with disgusting crumbs, hair, and stains. Upon further inspection, the corners of the room were mucky and the faucets in the bathrooms were coated with scum. As a person who grew up staying in Wyndham’s across the country, I’ve come to expect a certain level of excellency when staying at this brand.
This experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had, not just at a Wyndham, but at a hotel.
I’m also completely sick of properties not checking to make sure their listings line up with what hotels.com says they have and they want to pass the blame onto them. However, I believe it is the responsibility of each hotels to make sure it is right.
