Big scam. Could not contact hotel and no refund.
This facility is a big scam. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. I was at the airport in Milano waiting for my flight to Bari when I got an e-mail saying that the facility would close at 7pm. I answered the e-mail to ask how we could organize with the check-in, since I would arrive around 9.30pm. I got no answer. All further attempts to reach the facility by phone or e-mail failed. I called Hotels.com, which also made multiple attempts to contact the facility with no luck.
I sent another e-mail to Viasparano saying that I needed to cancel my reservation, since there was no way of getting in contact with them. Also this e-mail was left unanswered.
I had to book another hotel in Bari and ended up paying for both. I called Viasparano repeatedly on the next day, and after many attempts I finally was able to speak to an extremely rude and 0% service-oriented guy telling me that I should consider the money lost and there was no way they would provide a refund.
Please stay away from this facility unless you want to risk ending up in the street with no possibilities for a refund. I hope that the booking services like Hotels.com and Booking.com will blacklist them from their listings.
