Lovely old house (although doily-phobes, look elsewhere). Very nice proprietor, and excellent breakfast. Room was of a generous size and well stocked with bottled waters, towels, etc. Located just one block from the main Thames shopping area.
Only some minor suggestions for the future:
- The bed was a bit too firm. I like a firm bed but this one really needs a foam topper.
- Being so close to downtown, the street outside is fairly active with cars and late-night revelers. Bring earplugs if that sort of thing bothers you.
- A Keurig is provided in the common area, which was a nice touch for early risers; a minifridge there with milk would have made it perfect.
