This was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. When I checked in, there were no towels or washcloths in the room. I called the front desk, it was around 9 p.m., and the guy said "Oh. I'll bring some in the morning." I said "No, I want to shower tonight." I had to go to the front desk and pick them up myself. There was one towel and one washcloth. I asked for a second towel, and the clerk made a face and reluctantly gave me a second towel. The. I went back to my room to shower, and there was no hot water. I called the front desk again, and the clerk said "There's no hot water? You'll have to wait until morning." When morning came, guess what? Still no water.
This Motel 6 is abysmal, and so is Expedia for selling me the booking to this dump. I wasn't expecting luxury from a Motel 6, but towels and hot water are not unreasonable expectations. You are apparently horrible at vetting your lodging offerings. You sold me pathetic lodging.
